Air Conditioning Engineer - Site Based

My client is one of the UK's leading providers of Integrated Facilities Management services, specialists in the provision of tailored and bespoke M&E building services engineering solutions to a varied, blue-chip client base to include, amongst others, Industrial, Healthcare, Corporate & Commercial environments respectively.

Working as part of the site M&E Building Services & FM team an Air Conditioning Engineer is required to carry out PPM, reactive, fault finding, servicing and breakdown repair to air conditioning systems, plant & equipment to include VRV's, VRF's, Splits & Cooling as well as AHU & FCU across a large-scale Production/Manufacturing facility located in Manchester.

Please Note: This is a site-based position and a vehicle is not provided

Candidate Requirements

  • City & Guilds F-Gas (CAT 1)
  • City & Guilds/NVQ Air Conditioning
  • PASMA & IPAF would be advantageous but are not essential
  • Experienced in performing PPM and reactive maintenance to A/C systems i.e. VRV's, VRF's, Splits, AHU/FCU
  • Experienced in large-static site/M&E/FM environments
  • The ability to pass a DBS background check.

  • £40,000
  • Monday to Friday 0730 - 1630
  • 25 days holiday plus statutory days
