Job Summary

My client is searching for an experienced Contracts Manager to run projects in Chester, Warrington and Liverpool with values up to £20m.

The candidate should have longevity with their current employer and have experience within the residential & commercial sector.

The role will suit somebody who is self motivated, reliable with a proven track record which demonstrates the delivery of projects on time & within budget.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

CSCS Black Card - Essential

First Aid - Desirable but not essential

SMSTS - Desirable but not essential

Main Contracting Experience
