Mobile Building Services Engineer - M&E/HVAC/Building Fabric

My client is one of the UK's leading providers of Integrated Facilities Management services, specialists in the provision of tailored and bespoke M&E building services engineering solutions to a varied, blue-chip client base to include, amongst others, Corporate, Government & Industrial environments respectively.

A Mobile Building Services Engineer is required to provide building services support to a multi-site commercial, corporate & retail portfolio located throughout the M62 Corridor area i.e. Liverpool, Warrington, Manchester/Greater Manchester & Preston.

The Mobile Building Services Engineer will carry out PPM, reactive, servicing and breakdown repairs to building services systems to include (not limited to) basic HVAC i.e. AHU/FCU and a 'first-look' at HVAC systems as well as undertaking plumbing, basic electrical i.e. emergency light tests & lamping/ballast and general building services/"services of a building" i.e. basic joinery, tiling & plastering.

Candidate Requirements

  • Hold Mechanical and/or electrical qualifications and further training in line with the position
  • Further qualifications in relation to the position i.e. City & Guilds/NVQ
  • Experienced in M&E building services maintenance & FM services as outlined above
  • Possess general building fabric maintenance knowledge to include performing basic joinery & tiling.
  • Experience of working within retail, commercial/corporate environments would be highly advantageous
  • Driving License
