Mobile Facilities Engineer

My client is a provider of M&E building services engineering, both Maintenance & Projects, and are specialists in the provision of tailor-made and bespoke HVAC services to a client base that includes Commercial & Corporate environments.

A Mobile Facilities Engineer is required to carry out a variety of building services maintenance activities within a number of commercial & corporate client properties located throughout the North West region.

The Mobile Facilities Engineer will perform a variety of multi-skilled building maintenance activities to include (not limited to) lamping, lighting checks, ballast changes, basic HVAC services i.e. AHU & FCU checks, basic plumbing & mechanical services and associated building fabric maintenance tasks as required.

The successful candidate will possess a basic mechanical qualification(s) and/or building services maintenance background and would suit a candidate wanting to advance and up-skill their career and be trained to service & maintain AC & HVAC units over a given time period.


Candidate Requirements & Additional Information

*Hold relevant building maintenance qualifications and further training i.e. mechanical and/or building fabric
*Possess solid, all-round multi-skilled building maintenance background, knowledge and experience
*Experience of performing multi-skilled building maintenance services throughout commercial & corporate environments
*Possess aspirations to progress and develop
*DBS/CRB cleared and/or the ability to pass the necessary background checks


*Travel Time: 30 minutes travel time each way is expected.

*20 weeks holiday per annum plus statutory days
*No on-call currently however this will be implemented
