Assistant (Mobile)Maintenance Engineer - South West and surrounding

Leading Facilities Management / Maintenance Company operating with several blue -chips companies throughout the UK. Travel throughout the whole of the South West.

They specialise in providing commercial reactive and planned maintenance services to large clients across the UK, with clients such as Tesco, Amazon, Coca Cola, and others . As they continue to grow, we are on the lookout for skilled professionals who share our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with Carpentry and Plumbing Experience to join their dynamic team. This role involves performing a variety planned and reactive general maintenance tasks, ensuring the highest standards of service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and reactive plumbing maintenance tasks, including repairs, installations, and inspections.
  • Utilise the CAFM System to manage and document all maintenance activities.
  • Diagnose and repair a variety of maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and queries promptly.
  • Participate in a mandatory on-call rota to provide emergency support.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
  • Basic plumbing/electrical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
