The Role
Reporting to the Construction Director, you will oversee multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple construction projects across the region.
- Monitor project programmes, budgets and commercial performance.
- Lead, support and develop Site Managers and project teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Identify and manage project risks, delays and operational challenges.
- Chair progress meetings and report to senior management.
- Drive quality, efficiency and client satisfaction across all projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
- Experience delivering both new-build and refurbishment projects.
- Strong commercial, contractual and financial management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- SMSTS, CSCS and relevant construction qualifications preferred.
- Full UK driving licence.
